As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, insurance companies reimburse for my services. Please consult with your insurance provider to understand what your mental health benefit covers. Let them know that I have an LCSW and ask if there are annual benefit limits, co-pays, and/or deductibles. See Tip box to the right.

I offer a variety of services at different rates and would be happy to discuss them with you. If you feel that you'd rather pay for services out-of-pocket rather than bill insurance, I offer out-of-pocket rates.

I encourage you to consider the benefits of self-pay, including confidentiality of your records, which could affect your ability to get insurance coverage in the future. 

I currently am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, ODS, Value Options, Aetna, Reliant, PacificSource, Asante, Samaritan Choice, and MHN. Please ask me if I am a preferred provider with your insurance company.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
 
I expect payment for services and co-pays, in the form of cash or check, on the date of service.
